AI has every company swinging for the fences. The ones that win will pair that ambition with discipline.
Lasting advantage is built from the ground up: trusted data, dependable systems of record, a sound systems architecture, resilient infrastructure, and security throughout. No one builds a high-rise on a shaky foundation, yet this is the step most companies are tempted to skip.
The foundation is also people. Technology never outperforms the team behind it, so the right talent and the right leaders matter as much as any platform.
